RETIREE JOBS

Dear AAST Retired Members:

I am the widow of Officer Don Woods, ID 3402, of the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Since my husband’s death in 1983, I have been providing short-term easy jobs for retirees and their families. You can see my website at www.transtecconsulting.net.

These jobs are designed so that even those injured and retired on disability can do them. They are always short-term, so as not to disrupt the "retiree lifestyle." Many are designed so that the spouse or other family member can participate.

I have studies coming up in a number of areas around the country. The studies are to determine the accuracy of three personal navigation devices. Each succeeding study will begin approximately four weeks after the previous study began. Please note that you should live in or near the area where the study is going to be taking place because you will be traveling to different locations in that city every day during the testing period.
